Why Choose Magnum Board Flooring?
Magnum Board is designed to solve many of the common issues builders experience with traditional flooring substrates.
Safer on Site: Unlike many cement sheet flooring products that can contain up to 45–50% crystalline silica, Magnum Board is silica free, helping reduce dust hazards and making the job site safer.
Lightweight and Easier to Handle: Traditional cement sheet flooring can weigh over 41kg per sheet, making them difficult to handle and install.
Magnum Board weighs approximately 32kg per sheet, making transport, lifting and installation easier.Built for Wet Areas: Magnum Board is mould resistant because there is nothing in the product composition that feeds mould growth. This makes it ideal for bathrooms, laundries and other high moisture environments.
Puddle Flange Compliant: Magnum Board Structural Flooring Underlay contains four layers of reinforcing mesh and has been tested to allow puddle flanges to be recessed up to 4mm into the sheet thickness, meeting installation requirements for wet areas.
Fast Installation: The tongue and groove board design allows sheets to lock together easily, reducing installation time and ensuring a solid, stable substrate for tile installation.
