Designed as a family home, the brief focused on creating a comfortable, healthy living environment while reducing long-term energy demand. The Foreverbreathe system was selected to achieve this, supporting natural humidity control, improved indoor air quality, and overall energy efficiency without compromising on style or functionality.

The result is a home that not only delivers a high standard of living but also performs exceptionally across key sustainability metrics.

This project was recognised at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards in New Zealand, winning for its outstanding craftsmanship and eco-conscious design. It also achieved a Homestar 8 rating, reflecting excellence in energy performance, water efficiency, and occupant health.
