Located in Strowan, Christchurch, this Foreverbreathe new build is a standout example of high-performance design meeting premium, executive living.

The brief was to design and build a future-focused home that delivers exceptional comfort, durability, and long-term performance. Incorporating the Foreverbreathe specification, the home has been designed to meet evolving building standards, aligning with MBIE targets for 2030 and 2050 while supporting a healthier indoor environment.

The natural breathing wall system plays a key role in the home’s performance, helping to regulate humidity, improve indoor air quality, and create a quiet, comfortable living space. Built using stronger, low to no-toxin materials, the result is a home that not only performs but enhances everyday living.

This project was awarded Gold at the 2025 Master Builders House of the Year Awards in New Zealand. To achieve Gold, a project must score at least 1,800 out of 2,000 points, with judging criteria including workmanship, design, functionality, and style.
